If the website is the hub of everything, then the funnel is the pipeline of automated processes where the goal is to turn a general audience into a lead and eventually into a customer or client. A sales funnel consists of a continuous process with a logical hierarchy.
The point of a conversion funnel is that no customer should ever “die off.” We want the customers and clients that you acquire to be ongoing customers that are happy to send you referrals, buy new product, invest in the business, and so on.
We will help you create a step-by-step process whereby we connect a “source” of the client acquisition (social media, webinar, referral) to an “activation” step (pdf download/webinar/email subscription) to a point of the sale. Beyond this, we will work them into the other side of the funnel where we upsell and hopefully convince them to tell all their friends, family, and colleagues. Creating this process is what we refer to as the “funnel architecture.”
